Our coaching staff brings college and professional experience to every lesson, practice, and game day — chosen as much for their ability to mentor as their baseball knowledge. We take pride in the relationships our coaches build with every athlete, creating a positive, high-level environment both on and off the field.

Anthony Ballistrea
Program Director
Our founder brings an extensive coaching background spanning high school, collegiate, and amateur baseball. He has served as an assistant coach at both Hilbert College and D'Youville University, won multiple league and sectional titles.
Tyler Lloyd
Director of Baseball Ops
A former collegiate catcher at Medaille College, he brings experience as a player, scout, and coach at the high school and collegiate levels. He has spent multiple seasons coaching travel baseball, leading teams to championship appearances in tournaments across New York and Ohio, and currently serves as our Director of Baseball Operations.
